1. Information We Collect

At DCS Technosis, we are committed to minimizing the data we collect while maximizing the value of our enterprise services. The types of information we collect include:

  • Account Data: Name, business email, phone number, and corporate billing details required to establish your SLA.
  • Telemetry Data: Application logs, server response times, and API hit rates. This is collected entirely anonymously to maintain our 99.9% uptime guarantee.
  • User Generated Content: Any configuration settings, schema definitions, or data inputs you actively deploy to our cloud environment.

2. How We Process Your Data

Our processing operations are highly regulated and audited by independent third-party cybersecurity firms annually. We process data strictly to:

  • Provide, scale, and secure the SaaS platforms you license from us.
  • Detect and mitigate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and brute-force intrusion attempts.
  • Comply with valid legal subpoenas, court orders, or mandatory reporting regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

3. Global Data Transfers & Compliance

DCS Technosis operates globally. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland, your data will only be transferred to regions with adequacy decisions or via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We act as a Data Processor for the enterprise data you ingest into our systems. You retain full rights as the Data Controller. Our systems are built with native tools to allow you to fulfill data subject requests (DSRs), including right-to-erasure and data portability exports in JSON/CSV formats.

4. Security Architecture

Security is not an afterthought; it is our foundational layer. Our zero-trust architecture ensures that:

  • All databases are encrypted at rest using AES-256 block-level encryption.
  • Data in transit is secured using TLS 1.3 and Perfect Forward Secrecy.
  • Internal access to production data is protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA) and restricted via strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

5. Data Retention Limits

We do not store your data forever. Telemetry logs are automatically purged after 30 days. Backup snapshots are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery. Upon termination of your Enterprise Agreement, all active databases and cached records associated with your account are permanently destroyed within 14 business days.
